For freight forwarders

You're a freight forwarder or a logistics operator (3PL): you organize transports for your clients by subcontracting to a network of carriers and invoicing transport to the end client. Truckscanner gives you a full operational loop — from the client request, to the matching with your network carriers, to automated dispatching via the AI voice agent, all the way to delivery tracking and mandate billing.

AI Agents — Leo & Sara

Truckscanner ships two AI agents that work on mandates instead of the human dispatcher:

  • Leo (Dispatcher): voice-calls the carriers in your network on open mandates, proposes the load, collects answers, confirms or recycles.
  • Sara (Supervisor / Control Tower): monitors assigned mandates, intercepts issues, manages updates with end clients via WhatsApp / email.
Dispatching

Auto-dispatch start, Leo call monitoring, manual intervention on uncovered loads. Guides coming soon

Tracking

Real-time map of active mandates, vehicle GPS position, delivery status, problem alerts. Guides coming soon
