You're a freight forwarder or a logistics operator (3PL): you organize transports for your clients by subcontracting to a network of carriers and invoicing transport to the end client. Truckscanner gives you a full operational loop — from the client request, to the matching with your network carriers, to automated dispatching via the AI voice agent, all the way to delivery tracking and mandate billing.
If you've just verified your email and you're seeing the dashboard for the first time, start with First login on Truckscanner: welcome popup, notifications opt-in, desktop app install, sidebar and header overview. Come back here for the operational guides.
Your day on Truckscanner
Each item in the left menu maps to a distinct work area. The guides below walk you through the most frequent flows.
Operations & Transports
The core of daily work: who your clients are, who your carriers are, which loads are open, and which transport orders are running.
AI Agents — Leo & Sara
Truckscanner ships two AI agents that work on mandates instead of the human dispatcher:
- Leo (Dispatcher): voice-calls the carriers in your network on open mandates, proposes the load, collects answers, confirms or recycles.
- Sara (Supervisor / Control Tower): monitors assigned mandates, intercepts issues, manages updates with end clients via WhatsApp / email.
Company
Your forwarder company settings: profile, local units, user management, billing.
